2026 Annual Honor Flight Summit Registration
WELCOME!
We’ve made some new changes for the 2026 Honor Flight Summit. We really think you’re going to love the new format. Please make sure to arrange your travel plans to fly in to DCA. Shuttle service will be available between the airport and the hotel. We also have a new registration form which should make your registration process easier and smoother.

Hub Member Registration
This registration form is for HUB MEMBERS only. LINK IS LIVE for hub registration below.
Vendors will use the registration link at the bottom of the page.
NO REGISTRATION REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER 1/15/25.
On-site check-in will be located on the 1st floor (NOT the lobby/ground floor) in the Arlington conference area. Simply take the Arlington Tower elevators to the 1st floor or walk the hallway from the Capital Tower using the 1st floor. All Summit events will take place on the 1st floor.
Summit Begins Friday with Break-Out Sessions
Break-out sessions will begin on Friday afternoon, February 27th. We will notify registered attendees once break-out sessions are posted, so you can sign up.
ALL Summit attendees are expected to register to attend break-out sessions.
Breakout sessions will begin after our opening group session break.
Honor Flight Expo
Honor Flight Expo The Honor Flight Expo will be held Thursday evening from 4:00pm to 7:00 p.m. Our Happy Hour will also take place during this time. The Honor Flight Expo will take place in the Arlington Conference main rooms.
Hotel Reservations
Crystal Gateway Marriott - Crystal City (Arlington, VA)
Room reservations are FULL at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Crystal City (Arlington, VA). Breakfast is NOT included with the room rate. There has been a secondary room block setup at the Westin next door.
At this time – if your hub still requires hotel accommodations, make sure you acknowledge that in your registration. If you already registered and did NOT make hotel reservations – please go and edit your registration and hit the checkbox and Marion Watkins will be alerted. You can also email Marion directly mwatkins@honorflight.org.
The block at the Marriott is full and the secondary block at the Westin is almost full.
Vendor Registration
Vendors can sign up here for the 2026 Honor Flight Expo. If you are interested in being a vendor on Thursday and Friday (all day), please note this in your registration. Angela will reach out to you if you are selected for Saturday. There will be a $50 fee per for profit business and a $50 fee for any vendor requiring electricity at their table.
