2026 Annual Honor Flight Summit Registration
WELCOME!
Please make sure to arrange your travel plans to fly in to DCA on Thursday. The summit officially begins Friday morning. Shuttle service will be available between the airport and the hotel.

Hub Member Registration
This registration form is for HUB MEMBERS only.
Vendors will use the registration link at the bottom of the page.
NO REGISTRATION REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER 1/15/26.
On-site check-in will be located on the 1st floor (NOT the lobby/ground floor) in the Arlington conference area. Simply take the Arlington Tower elevators to the 1st floor or walk the hallway from the Capital Tower using the 1st floor. All Summit events will take place on the 1st floor.
Summit Begins Friday with Break-Out Sessions
Break-out sessions will begin on Friday morning, February 27th. Breakout signups are open. Breakouts will begin at 9am sharp.
ALL Summit attendees are expected to register to attend break-out sessions.
Honor Flight Expo
Honor Flight Expo The Honor Flight Expo will be held Friday afternoon from 4:00pm to 7:00 p.m. Our Happy Hour will also take place during this time. The Honor Flight Expo will take place in the Arlington Conference main salons III & IV.
EXPO Vendor Registration
2026 vendor registration is now closed and at capacity.
Vendors can sign up here for the 2026 Honor Flight Expo. If you are interested in being a vendor on Friday afternoon and Saturday (all day), please note this in your registration. Angela will reach out to you if you are selected for Saturday. There will be a $50 fee per for-profit business and a $50 fee for any vendor requiring electricity at their table. There is an additional fee for Saturday tables and we will have limited space this year due to additional event space used by other guests.
Hotel Reservations
Crystal Gateway Marriott - Crystal City (Arlington, VA)
Room reservations are available at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Crystal City (Arlington, VA) for full summit registered attendees. Breakfast is NOT included with the room rate. The hotel is asking you to PLEASE have all the individual names and NOT register all rooms under 1 name. YOU MAY NOT RESERVE HOTEL ROOMS FOR NAMES NOT ALREADY REGISTERED FOR THE SUMMIT.
Please note: The Summit attendee room block at the Crystal Gateway Marriott is currently sold out on Friday night, February 27. We have now established a room block at the Westin. You will receive the registration link in your confirmation email. If your hub already registered and had issues with hotel reservations, please email Jenny Brawley – jbrawley@honorflight.org.
Exhibitors and guests not staying with someone attending may call the hotel and register for a regular rate hotel room.
