Break-out sessions will be on Friday with the Expo Friday afternoon and the general session on Saturday. Everyone attending is expected to make their best effort to arrive on Thursday in order to attend Friday break-out sessions.

Summit Check-In Location
Summit Check-In will be in the Arlington Pre-Function area – 1st Floor past the Arlington Elevators.
Check-in will begin Thursday 9am and run through 8pm. Check-in Friday morning from 8:00am – 11:30am for late arrivals.
We suggest checking into your hotel room first (Ground Floor), then stopping by the registration desk.
Parking Options for Summit
There will be discounted parking at the hotel for those driving or having a vehicle during their stay. You’ll be asked if you will have a car during your registration. The Marriott will offer a 15% discount for overnight guests of the hotel.
Additional Options:
Spot Hero – www.spothero.com. Offers discounted parking options at hotels in the Crystal City area. You can use this system as a “guest” without creating an account. In the search box asking “where are you going,” type in “Crystal Gateway Marriott” and the search will provide options. Interestingly, it appears there are options AT the Crystal Gateway Marriott cheaper than the discounted rate of $40 the hotel provided to our group. No in-and-out privileges. Free cancellation up to the time your reservation begins. Reserve soon before prices go up or availability is gone.
DCA Airport parking – https://www.flyreagan.com/. DCA accepts reservations to park in their daily garages, which appears to be cheaper than at the hotel. No in-and-out privileges. Catch the hotel shuttle (or Honor Flight shuttle) at either Terminal 1 or 2 to get to the hotel after parking. Parking at the airport does fill up (especially being a holiday weekend), so reservations are highly recommended if you plan to park there. Discounted rates will go up as the date gets closer; and when the lots reach capacity, reservations will no longer be accepted. You may cancel your reservation for any reason, at any time up to 1 hour before the start of the reservation without charge.

Breakfast Information
Please note that the Crystal Gateway Marriott does not include breakfast in their hotel room rates. Click on the “Restaurant Options” tab for available options. We are actively working on alternative low cost breakfast options.
Friday Lunch Shuttle Info
Friday February 27, 2026 (Academy Bus) 2 lunch shuttles from Crystal Gateway Marriott to Pentagon City Mall. 11:30 am to 1:30pm. Buses will pick up street-side out in front of the main portico at the hotel.
Expo Vendor Registration
Vendors will be able to sign up here for the 2026 Honor Flight Expo. If you are interested in being a vendor on Friday and Saturday (all day), please note this in your registration. Angela will reach out to you if you are selected for Saturday. We will have limited options this year. There will be a $50 fee per for-profit business and a $50 fee for any vendor requiring electricity at their table.
No Organized Excursions
Due to summit venue change in 2025, we will not be offering any official tours/excursions. You are welcome to travel to the D.C. area early, allowing ample time to visit the Memorials and other sites in and around D.C.
Arrival & Departure Shuttles
Shuttle service will be provided for Summit attendees between DCA Airport and the Crystal Gateway Marriott. Shuttle will pick-up at DCA/Marriott approximately every 30 minutes on Thursday, February 26 and Sunday morning, March 1st.

Thursday February 26, 2026 (Atlantic Coast-Wrapped bus)
1-Airport Shuttle-11:00 am to 7:00pm.
It will be a continuous shuttle between DCA Airport and Crystal Gateway Marriott.
PICKUP LOCATIONS:
- Terminal 1 – by the flagpole (past the three lanes of traffic in the inner circle – exit the door by SWA baggage claim)
- Terminal 2 – lower level Door 6 – outer lane of traffic.
(FRI) Feb 27th – Use the Crystal Gateway Marriott hotel shuttle from the DCA airport or use the Metro (additional walking/stairs will be required for Metro)
Sunday March 1, 2026 (Dillons Bus)
1 Airport Shuttle-7:00 am to 2:00 pm
It will be a continuous shuttle between DCA Airport and Crystal Gateway Marriott.
Hotel shuttle will also be available however please use the HFN provided airport shuttle when possible!
