Alaska, American, Spirit and SWA Airlines generally provide gate passes so greeters can travel through security and greet an Honor Flight at the gate when they arrive.  REAL ID is required to pass through security.  If you would like to request a gate pass, please fill out the corresponding form listed in this section below.  Everyone needs a gate pass, including minors.  You may also use this form to request parking validation if you intend to park.

sign up forms will close based on the following:

• If the arrival time is within normal business hours of 8-5 Monday through Friday, the form will typically close 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
• If the arrival time is outside the normal business hours of 8-5 M/F, the form will typically close 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
• However, these times are estimates and are dictated by the airlines and the airport and may vary.
