Alaska, American, Breeze, Contour and SWA Airlines generally provide gate passes so greeters can travel through security and greet an Honor Flight at the gate when the Honor Flight group arrives.  Please note – gate passes are provided as a courtesy by the airline and are not guaranteed.  REAL ID is required to pass through security (minors don’t need REAL ID but must have a gate pass). 

If you would like to request a gate pass, please fill out the corresponding form listed in this section below.  Everyone needs a gate pass, including minors.  You may also use this form to request parking validation if you intend to park. 

The form for each specific arrival will close four days prior to the arrival date.  Requests for gate passes and/or parking validation made less than 4 days prior to arrival date will not be honored.
