Greeting outside security is always an option, even for arrivals on airlines that offer gate passes.  If you do not need a gate pass, or would like to greet any Honor Flight upon arrival outside security, please fill out the corresponding form listed in this section below.  The form for each specific arrival will close 4 days prior to the arrival date.  Requests for parking validation made less than 4 days prior to arrival date will not be honored.   Parking validation is for Honor Flight greetings only; not for non-Honor Flight arrivals. 

If you do not need parking validation, or do not need detailed information, registration is not required; you may simply show up and look for BWI Ground Crew (look for the neon-yellow Ground Crew T-shirts) around Door 9-11 on the Upper Level for further information.  Please arrive one hour prior to the arrival time.
