This form is to ask a sensitive question that maybe you are concerned about it getting back to someone. We understand that circumstances might require your need to ask or inform. This is just that form for you.
There is no tracking. You don’t have to log in for the summit website – so no personal info is collected. Even if you are logged into the portal – no email, name, IP, etc. is being collected. I’m happy to show anyone the backend system to prove your question is 100% annonymous.
