BWI Gate Pass & Parking Voucher Request

The following list are incoming Honor Flights to BWI.  Those trips that allow gate passes will have a gate pass request link.  Otherwise you can request a parking pass to greet outside of security.

Greeting at the gate

Alaska, American, Spirit and SWA Airlines generally provide gate passes so greeters can travel through security and greet an Honor Flight at the gate when they arrive.  REAL ID is required to pass through security.  If you would like to request a gate pass, please fill out the corresponding form listed in this section below.  Everyone needs a gate pass, including minors.  You may also use this form to request parking validation if you intend to park.

Greeting outside of security

Not all airlines provide gate passes.  Greeting outside security is always an option, even for arrivals on airlines that offer gate passes.  If you would like to greet an Honor Flight upon arrival or departure outside security, please fill out the corresponding form listed in this section below.  You may also use this form to request parking validation if you intend to park.

If you do not need parking validation, or do not need detailed information, registration is not required; you may simply show up and look for BWI Ground Crew (look for the neon-yellow Ground Crew T-shirts) around Door 9-11 on the Upper Level for further information.
